ECO Wrap Tex-Mex

This is a recipe for #conamachef contest. A great initiative of the CONAMA people. In this challenge I took all the ingredients from a garden. and I will explain in my Instagram account how to grow all these ingredients. No less no more.

My inspiration was @FitMenCook with this great recipe from his page.

So let’s talks about…

The Ingredients

100 Gr. Portobello Mushrooms. Agaricus brunnescens

2 Lettuce Leafs. -Lactuca sativa var. capitata cv. White Boston- 

90 Gr. Corn. Zea Mays

100 Gr. Black Beams. Phaseolus vulgaris-

Handful Spinach. Spinacia oleracea

1/2 Haas Avocado. Persea americana

1/2 Red Pepper. -Capsicum annuum-

Pico de gallo: 1/2 OnionAllium cepa-, 1 TomatoSolanum lycopersicum-, Garlic (optional)Allium sativum-, Hot Pepper-Capsicum fastigiatum-, 1/2 Lemon -Citrus limon-.

Preparing

You can buy the canned Black Beans or cook like this video.

The corn could be canned too. Cook the Cob in the microwave or 10 minutes in boiling water with salt.

You need to cut the Mushrooms into strips and cook in a pan with a few oil for 5 minutes.

Cut the Pepper in strips too. Mix everything and place into the Lettuce Leaf.

Ready! Let’s eat it!
